Must request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be in original, unused condition.

Toys with broken safety seals or used items cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product for:

Please request your exchange within 2 days of delivery, and the item must be in original condition.

How to Return or Exchange

Once approved, ship the product back to us with all original accessories.

After inspection, we will issue an exchange or refund.

And only 70 percent will be refundable

Return shipping charges apply unless the item is damaged/defective.
