At Kindle103, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, we offer refunds under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Toys with safety seals that have been opened cannot be refunded unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:

Please send us a photo/video of the issue.

We will review and approve your refund request.

Upon approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
